What is included in the site fee?
The site fee includes water, sewer, trash, and $50 of electricity.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We love pets, but no aggressive dog breeds. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times around the park.
What are your rates?
One Bedroom Units: $1,100
One Bedroom + Loft Units: $1,200
