The Story

The name Bit O Heaven comes from my grandparents’ property in Buffalo, New York. They didn’t have much, but through hard work and saving, they were able to buy a few acres of land with a small trailer—a little escape for them and their family. That place was filled with memories of picnics, parties, games, and laughter. To us, it truly was a bit of heaven.

This project grew out of my many years in construction. From building homes, to renting them, to owning mobile home parks, I’ve seen firsthand how affordable housing has become harder and harder to find. I wanted to be part of the solution. So I purchased land and built small, well-made homes that offer people an inexpensive yet comfortable place to live. While my heart is especially focused on single mothers and widows, these homes are meant for anyone in need of safe, affordable housing.

Above all, I want to create a little bit of heaven for those who need it most—and, in the process, show them the love of Jesus.
